 Shipping and Delivery

Expect your order to arrive within the standard 3-10  (Mon To Fri) business days.

The estimated delivery times are as follows:

- For customers in Victoria, approximately 2-4  (Mon To Fri)  working days

- For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, QLD, approximately 4-8  (Mon To Fri)working days

- For customers in WA, NT and TAS, approximately 7-10 (Mon To Fri) working days.

Delivery delays can occasionally arise from staff shortages or similar factors. We thank you for your patience and understanding. Please note that orders are processed and shipped out on business days only. During busy seasons, such as Christmas, please allow extra time for handling.

Order Tracking Information

After your order has shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email used during checkout. Stay informed with regular updates via SMS and/or email.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your shipping address, please contact us at support@ausplaza.com.au within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed and shipped.

We regret to inform you that our warehouse is not open to the public, so we cannot offer a pick-up option. All orders must be shipped directly to your delivery address.
