At Vinbiru, we aim to provide a transparent and reliable delivery experience for all our customers across Australia.
1. Shipping Rates & Calculations
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. We use real-time carrier rates to ensure you receive the most accurate shipping price for your location.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Expect your order to arrive within 2–13 business days Australia-wide. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Victoria: 2–4 business days
NSW, SA, ACT, QLD: 4–8 business days
WA, NT, and TAS: 7–10 business days
Please note: Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
3. Processing Times
We strive for fast and efficient service.
Standard Processing: 1–3 business days.
Peak Seasons: During busy periods (such as Christmas), please allow 3–4 business days for handling.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery via the carrier's official website.

To ensure your items arrive safely, we partner with reputable Australian couriers including:
Australia Post (Standard & Express)
Aramex & Couriers Please
Allied Express, Team Global Express, and Hunter Express (for heavy or bulky items over 22kg)
6. Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to update your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us at support@vinbiru.com within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.
7. Important Delivery Notes
No Public Pickup: Our warehouse is not open to the public; all orders must be delivered to a physical address.
Remote Areas: Some remote postcodes may incur additional charges or extended delivery times. We will contact you if this affects your order.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST will be processed the same business day.
