How long does it take for my order to be processed?
We pride ourselves on fast processing. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 Business Days (Mon-Fri). During busy seasons (like Christmas), please allow 3-4 Business Days.
What are the estimated delivery times?
Standard delivery time is 3-10 Business Days (Mon-Fri) after shipping. Estimated times by state are:
VIC: 2-4 working days
NSW, SA, ACT, QLD: 4-8 working days
WA, NT, TAS: 7-10 working days
Who are your shipping partners?
We work with several trusted Australian couriers to ensure the best service: Australia Post, Aramex, Allied Express, Team Global Express, Hunter Express, Couriers Please, and Steadfast Logistics.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, the tracking number will be sent to the email address used during checkout. You will also receive updates via SMS or email. You can track your order directly on the respective courier's website.
Is shipping free?
Yes, the majority of our products include free shipping. At checkout, the shipping fee is calculated automatically, and on each product page you’ll see a ‘Free Shipping’ label where applicable.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at support@vinbiru.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed and shipped.
Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?
No, we regret that our warehouse is not open to the public. All orders must be shipped directly to your delivery address.
What is your return policy window?
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
What makes an item eligible for return?
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you with the return process. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To help speed up the return, please send us clear photos or a video of the item. If the item arrived damaged, kindly let us know as well. We guarantee a smooth and hassle-free return process for you.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, please submit your request via email to support@vinbiru.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Who pays for the return shipping?
If your return is accepted and the issue is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping by providing a free return label. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return postage.
What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@vinbiru.com so we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
How long does the refund process take?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund is automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
