Vinbiru Return & Refund Policy
At Vinbiru, we stand behind the quality of our solar pumps and water systems. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Window We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility Criteria To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unused, unworn, and in its original, undamaged packaging.
- All tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return Process To start a return, you must contact us at support@vinbiru.com.
- Returns should be sent to our business office at 64 Bogong Avenue, Glen Waverley, VIC 3150, where we will coordinate the inspection with our distribution partners.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees
- Return Shipping: For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns to cover inspection and repackaging. This will be deducted from your refund.
5. Damages and Issues (Defective Products) Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at support@vinbiru.com within 48 hours. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
6. Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including custom-made products (special orders), hazardous materials, or flammable liquids. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
7. Exchanges We offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. For all other exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
8. Refunds Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
