Change of mind policy

- we only consider a change of mind refund request if this is made within 30 days after the item is delivered to the customer

- ensure the product is in unopened condition.

- 15% of the order total will be deducted as a restocking fee

- The item must be returned to the specified address, with the customer covering the return postage via a trackable mail service. We cannot be held liable for lost or missing packages.
